Every SmartnessHome app is a separate product, with its own data, its own screens and its own code.

Your data stays on your phone

Food journals, health records and portfolios are kept on your device. GetMyNews stores member content on its servers when you choose to sign in.

Read without signing in

GetMyNews lets you read freely; its member features use an account. The other three apps do not ask you to sign in.

Free, with respectful ads

Every app is free, supported by ads that are capped, kept out of your way, and never fed with your personal content.

Questions people actually ask

Are the apps really free?

Yes. Every SmartnessHome app is free to download and free to use. They are supported by advertising, with strict limits on how often ads appear.

What data do you collect?

As little as possible. Your content — food journals, health records and portfolios — generally stays on your device. Ads may use standard advertising identifiers as described in each app's privacy policy. See our privacy overview and each app's own policy for the details.

Do I need to create an account?

Most apps need no account. GetMyNews lets you read without signing in; its member features require an account.

Which platforms are supported?

GetMyNews, Kalo Quest, Holdtotal and Vaxnext are on Google Play. Kalo Quest, Holdtotal and Vaxnext are on the App Store.

Where are the apps available?

Our apps are offered in the United States only, in English.

Which free apps work without creating an account?

You can read GetMyNews without an account; sign in to publish stories, message members or join the fact-checking jury. Its member data is stored on GetMyNews servers. Kalo Quest, Holdtotal and Vaxnext work without an account and store your records on your device. See each app’s privacy policy for its online features.
